[Sinopsis] A Thousand Days Promise 1-20 END

Assalamualaikum ^^...

Satu lagi drama Korea yang bakalan tayang di Indonesia, yakni A Thousand Days Promise .. Drama ini memiliki genre melodrama romantis, tentang seorang wanita yang perlahan-lahan kehilangan ingatannya, tapi seorang pria masih mencintainya tanpa syarat apapun dan tetap setia di sampingnya.

Drama ini memulai kisahnya pada Lee Seo-yeon (Soo Ae) yang telah mengenal Park Ji-hyung (Kim Rae-won) sejak masih remaja. Setelah dewasa, mereka saling jatuh cinta walau sebenarnya Ji-hyung telah ditunangkan dengan wanita lain, Noh Hyang-ki (Jung Yoo-mi). Akhirnya Seo-yeon dan Ji-hyung putus secara baik-baik setelah tanggal pernikahan Ji-hyung dan Hyang-ki telah ditetapkan.

Seo-yeon kemudian melanjutkan kehidupannya walau ia tidak bisa melupakan Ji-hyung. Namun ia mulai mengalami kondisi yang cukup merepotkannya seperti sering ketinggalan ponsel, lupa mengirim email untuk pekerjaannya, lupa menaruh sesuatu dan seterusnya. Tidak hanya itu, Seo-yeon pun sering mengalami sakit kepala sehingga memutuskan memeriksakan dirinya ke rumah sakit.

Ternyata ia didiagnosa mengalami penyakit demensia (kepikunan). Seo-yeon tidak percaya atas diagnosa dokter itu lantaran ia baru berusia 30 tahun. Kakak sepupunya, Jang Jae-min (Lee Sang-woo) yang sudah seperti abang kandung Seo-yeon itu akhirnya tahu kondisi Seo-yeon pun memberitahukannya kepada sahabat karibnya yang tidak lain Ji-hyung.

Menyadari bahwa perasaan cintanya pada Seo-yeon masih begitu mendalam, dan mengetahui kondisi demensia yang dialami Seo-yeon, pada akhirnya Ji-hyung mengambil keputusan besar untuk membatalkan pernikahan atas dasar perjodohan yang sudah diatur orangtuanya. Untuk keputusan tersebut, pria tersebut diusir dari rumah orangtuanya.

Seo-yeon, yang tak ingin dikasihani oleh orang-orang di sekitarnya berusaha keras untuk mengingat semua hal yang akan atau telah dilakukannya. Ketika Ji Hyung datang kembali ke dalam hidupnya, sebenarnya wanita tersebut tidak mau berhubungan lagi dengannya. Akhirnya Ji-hyung berhasil meluluhkan hati Seo-yeon dan bahkan melamarnya. Mereka akhirnya menikah namun kondisi Seo-yeon kemudian makin memburuk, padahal ia telah mengandung.
